I paid for next-day delivery but faced numerous delays. When I followed up, I was told there was a banner on the website about delays, which I hadn’t seen. They refused to refund the extra delivery charge or acknowledge my concerns. After waiting a week, I canceled my order. I'm still waiting for my refund confirmation. Their service was terrible.
