I regret not reading the reviews before ordering. I placed an order with specific delivery instructions, but the item never arrived. Despite my efforts to contact them, they were unable to reschedule delivery for several days, causing additional delays for my tiler. I received no proactive communication from them and have had no resolution to my complaint. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
