I opened a cash ISA with Trading 212 because it had a good introductory interest rate at the time. This only lasted a few months. Opening the account was easy and Iiked the option to have daily notifications of the interest I was earning. However, I did find the app somewhat quirky and the various options were not easy to follow. I am now in a position where I want to transfer my ISA out of Trading 212 and I am not finding that as easy. My new ISA provider wants my Trading 212 account number (which I can provide) but also the sort code (which I can not provide). I could not find any way to contact Trading212 in the app and so I have resorted to sending an email. I am hoping to get a reply soon but I am not too optomistic as I emailed late on a Friday.
I really wish Trading 212 would provide contact details in their app: after all I will have logged in as a valid customer.
