Great app, good for investing obviously but also great as a current account. It makes budgeting and saving easy as you can leave your “bill money” to come out of your traditional current account and move your spending money to aT212. With Apple Pay and a physical card it’s ideal. Also great for security as if, god forbid, you’re scammed or an account got attacked you halve the risk by not having all your money in one place.

T212 I am also trying to get my Old card number from them. They told me 1.To 3.workings days but been over 5 days now just for a card number.

Given I've lost £4300, and action fraud need my card number every day that passes my chances of recovering funds diminishes. Due to the seriousness of the situation I really need my card number ASAP.

212 locked my wife's account when she requested a withdrawal. Asked to submit documents and videos, which she did. Still kept the account locked. They are not to be trusted. Will need to go to court to get her money back :(

Update: wife sent many emails to 212. Nobody offered any help, just said they were working on it. Asked for timeframe and no response. Asked to talk to someone via phone and no response. Asked for a manager to get involved and no response. Ask for compensation as we have suffered due to not being able to pay for something, guess what... no response!!!

212 will take your money without any need to submit passports, photos and videos. When you want YOUR money back they will stop it. Be warned a foreign company with no UK support.

I have been using the app on my phone and the browser version until suddenly now they decided to put up a screen asking to enter a code sent to my trusted device, but there was nothing sent to any of my devices, they just want me to take a video of myself to collect biometry. How would a video of me help to identify me I don't know, you have no idea what I look like!!!
Very disappointed with your underhanded tactics, don't know how my access is going to be sorted, but obviously don't want to give you any more money, that much is certain.
