212 locked my wife's account when she requested a withdrawal. Asked to submit documents and videos, which she did. Still kept the account locked. They are not to be trusted. Will need to go to court to get her money back :(
Update: wife sent many emails to 212. Nobody offered any help, just said they were working on it. Asked for timeframe and no response. Asked to talk to someone via phone and no response. Asked for a manager to get involved and no response. Ask for compensation as we have suffered due to not being able to pay for something, guess what... no response!!!
212 will take your money without any need to submit passports, photos and videos. When you want YOUR money back they will stop it. Be warned a foreign company with no UK support.
