Ran tests and found bad boot SSD. Supplied me with Amazon replacement part to order and put my OS on a different drive and had me up and running in good order until my new part arrived. After part arrived, he took over like a superstar. Not only upgraded me from rel 10 Pro to rel 11 Pro, reinstalled everything, fined tuned it all, setup proper backups, and more. My machine is running better than ever. I am 75 yo and appreciate his patience and very pleasant demeanor. No doubt a KEEPER and confirmed why I went with Trading Computers.
