When I first had a problem with the Franke mixer tap in June 2024 Mohamed dealt with the manufacturer to supply a replacement part.
Unfortunately the same part failed again but this time Hermione took ownership of the problem and arranged for the necessary part to be sent to me.
On both occasions the two aftersales team members were effective in what they did and demonstrated good communication skills that kept me up to speed with progress, for which I thank them both.
Customer service is about communication and Trading Depot have demonstrated that they understand this and included it in their business culture.
