I ordered a shaws sink and waste from Trading Depot for my new kitchen which all arrived very promptly and without any issues. Through no fault of the staff at trading depot the waste was the incorrect size. I contacted Jemma Porter who helped me to correct this without any fuss. The level of customer service from this company and from Jemma in particular, has been outstanding, friendly and prompt. I would definitely recommend the firm to anyone based on my experience. I needed a replacement part today and wanted to be sure that the one I found on Trading Depot would be suitable. I used the online chat and Adam promptly answered my question (yes the part was suitable) and was very polite. Well done on perfect customer service. I confirm I went on to purchase this part and was delighted that Trading Depot offered free postage. Excellent.
Ordered a Nuance BB complete fix and sealant product and they sent out a Wilson Art product that was much cheaper on their website for finishing only. Told me they are the same thing but the Bushboard they are fixing is very expensive so couldn’t risk using this cheaper product. Took ages to get back to me initiate a return. Won’t be using them again.
I called Customer Service with a tricky request which was dealt with by Hermione, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, immediately organising to have an unstocked item added to the website to complete my order. I would recommend Trading Depot highly.
