I am a business professional and I have been without my primary €550 device (Order Nr: MMSYAHCWL) for 50 days total. The lack of transparency and the structural inability to reach the company is staggering.
The "Communication Wall":
There is no way to contact TradingShenzhen headquarters directly. Every email sent from Europe is automatically redirected to a local service hub in Germany. This hub claims they have "no information" once a device is sent to China, creating a total communication blackout for the customer.
The Breach of Contract:
My official RMA document explicitly stated "CREDIT" as the resolution. Based on this legal document, I returned the full retail package (original box and all accessories) to the German Hub on Feb 26th. Once they received it, I was told that "Credit" was a "mistranslation" and my device was sent to China for repair without my consent.
The Logistics Black Hole:
Since March 5th, the status is "Forwarding to China." It has been 42 days. I have no tracking number, no device, and no refund. Support is ignoring my professional requests, hiding behind the excuse that they only hear back when a repair is finished.
My Demands:
I am no longer waiting for a "repair" that may take months. Since the 21-day international transit window has doubled with zero updates, I demand one of the following immediately:
- The Credit Note as originally promised in the RMA document.
- A Brand New Replacement unit shipped from your EU stock today.
TradingShenzhen, stop hiding behind your local hubs. Take responsibility for your logistics and your official documents.

To clarify once more: I am NOT waiting for a 1-3 month 'repair'. My Official RMA Document explicitly specified 'CREDIT' as the resolution. I followed your instructions and returned the full retail package (original box/accessories), a requirement that only applies to Credit or Replacement.
Since you admit that 42 days in 'forwarding' is unacceptable, I expect you to honor your own documentation and issue the Store Credit immediately. Let's stop the excuses and the 'slow communication' talk and resolve this today.
