I ordered an Oppo Find X9 Pro - 1TB on the 13th of February. It is now the 1st of March and I still have not received the phone or even a response to either of my two messages to customer support through their website. This is my first time buying from this website. When I bought the phone, it was listed as in stock and had an estimate arrival time between the 23rd of February and the 28th of February. My order status on their website lists that my payment was received on the 13th and that the order has only just begun being processed on the 28th. As stated earlier, I have reached out to their customer support team twice now through their website's customer support page, and have received no response. I don't know how things are going to turn out, but I am very concerned what other troubles I am going to run into with this seller, or if I'm ever going to receive the phone at all or will need to involve my credit card company.

Update:
I am well aware of the banner stating the delays from your Chinese warehouses. However I was not aware that the phone I was ordering would be coming from one of those locations. I assumed that the item being listed as in stock and estimated to arrive in 10-16 days ment it would be coming from a European warehouse. The item listing was not specifically stated as being from a Chinese location, had an inaccurate delivery estimate, and I did not receive any clarification about my order until leaving a public review. I want the phone, and I'm willing to wait to get it, but I wish I had known what was going on sooner.
So would you like to try and resolve this issue in a professional manner and I will increase the review rating, or do you want to keep talking to me in a rude and aggressive manner?

2nd Update:
I am a new customer. I only heard about your website while researching where to buy the phone. I didn't look around your website and see your other listings that WERE from Europe. I went straight to the search bar and found the exact phone I wanted.
Yes, my order did show as being processed around the time of me making this post. My two other private messages to your support team however were sent days ago and never received a response that would have prevented me from leaving this review.

3rd Update:
When I say private I mean I reached out directly through your websites customer support page. I don't use WhatsApp or really any social media.
That being said, would you like to discuss this further over email to try and reach a resolution, or will we be leaving it at this.
Context for onlookers: it appears some team on their backend was also on holiday and did not create a work order or whatnot for my inquiries directly through their website, so try to email them directly or use some other mode of communication if you don't get a response.
