Disappointed with Support for Premium Plan

As a subscriber to a premium plan, I invested several hundred dollars annually for what is marketed as a top-tier platform. While the charting tools work adequately, the customer support is, quite frankly, a complete disaster. Whenever an issue arises—especially with complex data or broker connections—you find yourself trapped in an endless loop of chatbots and generic FAQ articles, all designed to keep you from reaching a real person. I spent countless hours trying to submit a straightforward support ticket, only to encounter irrelevant questions and automated replies that failed to address the main problem. This is not customer service; it feels like a carefully constructed barrier meant to waste your time. It seems the company takes its paying customers for granted. They happily accept my subscription and additional fees for real-time data, but when genuine support is needed, they treat my payment as if it holds no value. For a service that plays a crucial role in financial decision-making, the lack of accessible human support is negligent and, frankly, dishonest. Future customers should be aware that if an issue occurs, you are completely on your own. Don’t be misled by the high price—the service supporting the charts is virtually non-existent. Rating: 1/5 stars. Prioritize improving your support rather than just adding new features.
