Scammers, asked for a refund for my membership within the time period, then sent me a message which I never knew about asking me to confirm. If I asked for a refund, it’s obvious I want one. Just a ploy to make customers miss the allotted time. Scam artists. Avoid. Terrible website as well.
The chat assistant loops without submitting a request for assistance with the platform. An online assistant seems necessary to provide customer service since the bot has zero capabilities or capacity to help in any way. Trading View either needs an online help desk that isn’t ai or a hotline to resolve issues. Paid plans aren’t cheap and when things go wrong, there is absolutely no one around to help. I can’t even figure out how to submit a ticket because the bot loops to itself. Get your stuff together TV
No better place than you can ask AI to do your pine script. Put it in and make your own indicators. On levels, whatever you want to do. And keep playing with it, enjoying it. It's the best trading platform on the market today. Use your brain, stop being a wussy and figure things out. If I could give it another star I would. Should be 6 stars.
Tradingview do not deserve a one star rating. The chart software do not save the settings so every morning you have to set it up instead of reviewing the market. Customer service do not exist, you get a communist regime kind of your on your own service. Worst part is you can't update your payment method or credit card expiration date. You will need to cancel your subscription and re subscribed again. The credit card verification is 100% declining verification despite trying 5 credit and debit cards, useless piece of SHT.
In my quest for a profitable investment, I made a poor choice. A few weeks ago, I discovered that this service does not honor payment requests. I requested full payment, but nothing has happened since. I can confidently say that this platform has shown to be very successful in neglecting its customers. The worst experience I've ever had. With the money made, we aimed to pay off our obligations and go on vacation, which has strengthened our relationship. Life is simple. However, I know they won't acknowledge this. I truly appreciate it.
I am very dissatisfied with the customer support provided by the service. There is no human assistance available, just an AI chatbot that offers random, generic responses and fails to address actual issues.
As a Premium member since September 15, 2021, I am currently facing a billing problem regarding an indicator purchase. There is no option to reach a real person for help, despite having paid for a premium service. For a platform that positions itself as professional and charges high subscription fees, this level of support is unacceptable. If this is how long-term paying customers are treated, then the service is clearly heading in the wrong direction. Because of this, I will certainly be canceling my Premium membership. A trading platform without human support is not reliable when real money is at stake.
I am unable to submit a support ticket. After spending 10 minutes on the chatbot, it hints at allowing me to submit a ticket, but it still doesn't work. My buy and sell buttons keep disappearing, and I cannot see the spread. AND I CAN'T EVEN FILE A SUPPORT TICKET ABOUT THIS. Absolutely shocking!

They happily accept my subscription and additional fees for real-time data, but when genuine support is needed, they treat my payment as if it holds no value. For a service that plays a crucial role in financial decision-making, the lack of accessible human support is negligent and, frankly, dishonest. Future customers should be aware that if an issue occurs, you are completely on your own. Don’t be misled by the high price—the service supporting the charts is virtually non-existent.
