I am very dissatisfied with the customer support provided by the service. There is no human assistance available, just an AI chatbot that offers random, generic responses and fails to address actual issues.
As a Premium member since September 15, 2021, I am currently facing a billing problem regarding an indicator purchase. There is no option to reach a real person for help, despite having paid for a premium service. For a platform that positions itself as professional and charges high subscription fees, this level of support is unacceptable. If this is how long-term paying customers are treated, then the service is clearly heading in the wrong direction. Because of this, I will certainly be canceling my Premium membership. A trading platform without human support is not reliable when real money is at stake.
