The chat assistant loops without submitting a request for assistance with the platform. An online assistant seems necessary to provide customer service since the bot has zero capabilities or capacity to help in any way. Trading View either needs an online help desk that isn’t ai or a hotline to resolve issues. Paid plans aren’t cheap and when things go wrong, there is absolutely no one around to help. I can’t even figure out how to submit a ticket because the bot loops to itself. Get your stuff together TV
