My order was sent to the wrong address, and when I raised the issue, the customer service was unhelpful. It was one of the worst service experiences I've had in a long time. I was interrupted multiple times while trying to clarify my correct address. Ultimately, I won't receive my order or a refund. This will be my last purchase from this brand.
