Horrible. After a couple of years, smoke flows into the hopper, temperature won’t stay. After years with a Weber gas grill I’ll be going back. Changed the burn port, original capped out. Quality not even a a consideration.

My spouse recently gifted me a grill, which arrived just before Thanksgiving. After setting it up, it failed to power on. I spent over two hours on the support line and even removed the side cover for a video inspection of the electronics, but nothing was resolved. They wanted to charge me $500 for a return. I've owned two other grills from this brand that were subpar, and I hoped this model would be better. After spending over $2,100, I won't be buying another from this brand.
