If I could rate this service lower than one star, I would. I received a defective grill that had issues from day one. Instead of addressing the problem, they directed me to watch videos and read instructions. They claimed no service representative was available in my area. When I finally found a tech, I was told I would have to pay because he wasn't 'authorized.' In short, I spent over $1,000 on a faulty product and was left to deal with it myself.
