Felt uncomfortable with customer service. They try to be your friend but i am just here to get my problem solved, you do not care about my personal life at all.In regards of the grill, worst product ever, the wi fi grills are a pain in the b u t and so annoying, this was a gift and i will never buy one my own and i totally do not recommend it.
