Still waiting after months

After waiting almost two months for my funds to be processed, I've had to reach out again for my money. They responded on December 7, stating my request was prioritized and would be sorted by the next payment date. Now, on January 15, I still have not seen anything. I've emailed them insisting on my money back, but this treatment of customers is unacceptable. Why am I always the one chasing them?
