Terrible experience with the service; several months after they took over the management of my pension, I'm still trying to resolve issues. The website is frustrating, with crucial features non-functional for months. There's an ongoing problem with pension figures that they claim they're "addressing today," but nothing gets resolved, and they fail to follow up as promised. The main concern is that since they began managing my pension, the value of my final salary pension has decreased, which they acknowledge shouldn't happen, yet they maintain that the figures are accurate.

Terrible experience with this organization

This organization has been a nightmare to work with. Months after they took over my pension management, I'm still struggling to resolve issues. Their website is frustratingly unresponsive, and crucial features have been malfunctioning for months. They keep saying they are addressing discrepancies in my pension figures but fail to follow through. The most concerning part is that since their takeover, the value of my final salary pension has inexplicably decreased, despite their own admission that this shouldn't happen.

Inept and extremely slow service

Despite my numerous attempts to communicate, both personally and through my husband's legal representatives after his passing in early January, I have received no updates on my widow's pension. The information I provided has been requested multiple times. Although most of my emails received responses, they were from different individuals each time. I strongly advise avoiding this organization.

Frustrating experience with multiple providers

While consolidating my workplace pensions, I’ve dealt with six different providers. Although others have been challenging, this organization stands out as the worst. I have received no updates and have had to make multiple calls for information. Nearly six months after submitting my transfer request, I am still waiting for it to be completed. Their website claims to offer the best online management tools, but since registering, I am unable to track my transfer status.

After taking on a large pension scheme from a former nationalized industry, their response time was initially slow. However, they were easy to reach and knowledgeable about my complex situation. Now, progress is being made, and my pension application is underway, so I feel confident about receiving it on time.

Frustrating and bureaucratic

This organization is incredibly slow and bogged down by paperwork. They constantly provide excuses, using 'trust' as a justification for their delays. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to work with them due to the employer pension scheme, but I would recommend avoiding them if possible.

Awful experience with misleading information

I have a significant pension with this organization. After informing them about a new medical condition, they assured me in writing that I could retire due to ill health following major surgery. Now, after my surgery has left me with a life-altering disability, they claim it was a mistake and that I would only qualify if I had less than a year to live. Their customer service is shockingly poor and exceedingly slow. I strongly advise against engaging with them.

Extremely slow response time

They have been exceptionally slow in handling my request for an application pack to access my pension a year early. I made four phone calls over two months, starting in May, and was informed each time that the pack would be sent 2nd class within 5-10 days. To date, I still have not received anything. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.
