EDIT: I was contacted by the owner who was happy to provide a refund and very apologetic about the situation, and I’ve updated my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Their customer service is excellent and they’re very kind and easy to reach. -I’ve been purchasing from tragic beautiful for years. I’d recommend anyone wanting to purchase from there to wait a while until Australia Post has no issues, or buy insurance, lest your parcel gets lost.It took 6 weeks before my parcel could be declared lost, and the turn around time for response from customer service has been 3~5 days. They’re all really lovely (hence the 3 stars). However, after my parcel was declared lost, I can only receive a credit and not a refund because I didn’t purchase insurance.
