Hi, my heart goes out to those currently stuck in the Middle East in what must be a scary and uncertain situation. We had been due to fly home via Doha, but this flight understandably was cancelled. We contacted the urgent assistance team and they responded promptly with as much information as they had at the time. We then called a member of the team called Matilda, on Monday, who gave told us that Trailfinders was constantly reviewing the situation and updating their policies on what they could do for us. She said she would call if she had further information, which she duly did along with a phone call from one of the Duty Managers in response to an email my husband had sent. I called back again yesterday and spoke once again to Matilda, who quickly arranged a return flight for us scheduled a couple of days after our original flight. She was extremely professional in what must be a stressful situation for the Trailfinders team. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Matilda and the wider team for providing reassurances, information and great communication and support. I can’t recommend you highly enough.
