Sorry I can't remember her name (!) gave a fantastic service. I was with her for quite some time altering and re-routing a Dubai flight for the trip I am doing around Asia and she was knowledgeable, patient and extremely kind and helpful.
Alex in Worcester was just brilliant throughout the whole booking process. He remained patient through all of our questions and many mind-changing! We are now looking forward to our holiday and feel very confident that it has all been well organised.
It was an amazing trip to Thailand (Bangkok, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan) with a great balance of adventure, relaxation, and luxury. Everything was so easy from a to z. Booking the honeymoon was straightforward, Trailfinders prepared the itinerary for us. Sharing details of our trip and wishlist was also really easy with the postcards Trailfinders made for us to share with our wedding guests. We had several questions along the way and the Trailfinders helpline was always available, helpful and excited for us. To top off the great customer service, we received a lovely personalised bottle of bubbly, luggage labels and a travel document pouch.
The trip itself was amazing! All the hotels were great, especially the one on Koh Samui. All of the transfers were already organised for us and they went so smoothly. We basically didn't have to worry about a thing. I would definitely recommend Trailfinders to everyone. It was a 12/10 trip.

Having never been to Thailand before I was feeling a bit overwhelmed about booking our trip and organising the whole thing! Mateo Parker turned my last-minute flight bookings to Dubrovnik into a worthwhile and thoroughly enjoyable trip. Despite the fact that I picked the off-season and gave him very little time to work, he found local experts to guide us and a nice hotel for us to stay in.

External politics intervened - events which closed the air space in the Caribbean resulted in mass flight cancellations on the day we were due to fly home.
