Horrible app and worse customer service. The app used to be good but now it is dated and is absolutely useless since it has been taken over by ABC. They have incorrectly billed me on multiple occasions and even when I have provided screenshots as proof that the systems aren’t working they are unhelpful. The same issues have been happening for over a year and after multiple complaints their solution was to credit me $12. I would not trust this company with your bank details if you do not want much higher charges than what you sign up for. Updated to add - I have contacted support a number of times over months and the only resolution offered was a $12 credit when I have been overcharged significantly more and have sent the screenshots to prove it and to prove the systems don’t work. When I read the response to my review I reached out for help again and no one has responded for over a week.
