After stock issues, I spent over 1 month working with Rose from Trak Racer support who was absolutely excellent in assisting me with all of my queries. I was able to receive updates constantly with Rose presenting fantastic customer service during busy periods. She responded to all of my enquires making sure to later follow up after I’d received my full order making sure that everything was delivered correctly and I was happy with my order. Although customer service was extremely difficult due to what I can assume is time zone differences (from uk) I was still assured that my order was progressing and given updates that put me at ease.
