We've been working on 2 policies since September 11, 2025. It's now October 31, 2025. They required a home health check, which was fine. The "nurse" they contracted to come out and take our vitals was incompetent! I had been to my doctor the week before, and my BP was perfect. When she took it, she had me nearly stroking out at 141/120...THREE times!! She took his BP and HIS was extremely high as well! Then she went to take my fiancée's blood, and commented that his "veins were small!" He lifts weights and his veins are FAR from small! She stabbed him 3 times to get something that SHE could work with! He went to the doctor the following week, where HIS BP was normal and the phlebotomist said that he has HUGE veins! Next, his application was approved within record time. I'm still waiting for them to send the request for records to Duke Hospital! This has been going on for over 3 weeks! This is incompetence at it's scariest!!!I'm cancelling his policy, and stopping any further forward motion on mine! Now, I just hope we get the premiums, which we paid back in September, back! Stay far away from them! They might have a great financial rating, but their customer service is beyond horrible!!!
