My father recently passed away and I've been dealing with this life insurance company with Transamerica. I've been told twice by the call center in another country I will receive the forms in the mail to fill out.
However, the form is not in there there is a blank piece of paper.
Today I've called the call center again twice and they've hung up on me. The first time couple minutes into the conversation the guy didn't know what to do and he hung up. I called back about a half hour later, within a minute the guy hung up on me.
I did file a complaint with better Business bureau and the department of insurance in Indianapolis Indiana.
Since the companies out of the country I feel like it is fraud.
I don't know if I could say this any louder but do not do business of any kind with transmerica at all.
Update: is part of the training hangup on customers overseas? Is part of the training sending the packet forms to fill out nothing but blank pages? I'm sure you are hired as a platform responder and don't directly work for this insurance company.
