For 6 weeks has Transavia not managed to get our suitcase back from Casablanca...... The suitcase didn't arrive in Casablanca while we were there, and now they cannot find out how to get it back to us in Denmark. Each time I speak with them, they say that a colleague has put a note on the case that it shall be delivered in Copenhagen. Come on Einstein..... Get the suitcase back, thank you.
