Shame on the company, their methods and tricks to scam you and steal your money.I booked a flight with Transavia. 2 weeks later they cancelled the flights. They sent me an email offering 3 options. I clicked on the one to get the money back (refund and NOT a voucher). Once I clicked, the website of transavia froze, my email was blocked so I just quit the browser. Then a few hours later I received an email with a voucher to use within their company. Thing that I DID NOT ask. When I called explaining the situation all of their representative just hung up on me, or lied to me, or tell me they cant do anything cause its too late. Obviously they can still change it they just dont want cause its a scam from the beginning. NEVER book with them. Horrible customer experience and services + scam.
