They required me to include a payment method to access my transcript, and then even with a free trial they won't allow me to even look at the transcript unless I leave a review. This is a horrible service as-is.
I would recommend letting users use one free transcript, and if they like it and want to use it again, they could pay like $1 each time or do a subscription. But this method is just so scammy.
