I thought it was great that I could get a transcript of a 2 hour long video for USD $0.75. I should have known that if it looked too good to be true that it probably wasn't true.
First, they charged me 3 times. $0.82 for storage, $0.80 for "24/7 Support", and $0.75 for the actual transcript.
Then, the entire transcript was only the first few seconds of the video.
I'll be requesting a refund of the $2.37 they charged me.
And then to rub salt into the wound, after I sent them a message for them to refund the charges, I noticed I had, without knowing it, signed up a subscription service, which I promptly cancelled.
