I would like to give no stars. I placed an order at 11am today for the 49 euro ticket. I had to keep translating the pages to English and each time I did that on my mobile, it took me back to the first step. I wasn't sure if my order was placed since I received no email confirmation, even though my account was confirmed. I waited for an hour. I placed another order as I needed the ticket tomorrow (Nov 2). I did not get any confirmation via email or ticket issued. So then I went and purchased the ticket at DB. Got it immediately. Now, 10 hours later, I receive 2 confirmation emails of 2 49 euro tickets. I don't need these tickets. I have cancelled them on the website in my account, but have sent support an email detailing this out. I have no hope of a refund.
