This service secured a billion-euro public transport contract in the province of Utrecht, and right from the start, it has been a mess. Buses are frequently delayed, many drivers seem inexperienced and unfamiliar with the routes, and numerous services just vanish from the timetable. The buses that do arrive are overcrowded, turning daily commutes into a stressful and unreliable ordeal. What a flawed system: privatizing essential public services and leaving passengers to navigate the turmoil. Truly a testament to capitalism.
On June 20, 2025, I encountered a deeply troubling situation involving a driver working for this company's transportation service at my apartment complex in Chaska, MN. My children and I were trapped in our vehicle for several minutes under extreme heat. During this time, the driver questioned my medical status publicly, made references to my race, and threatened to involve the police. This incident occurred on private residential property and caused significant emotional distress for both my children and me. Although senior leadership later recognized the severity of the situation, the follow-up was inconsistent and felt dismissive of the impact this incident had on my family. What should have been a simple acknowledgment of inappropriate behavior turned into an unnecessarily complicated matter. I am sharing this experience to raise awareness, as no family should feel unsafe or humiliated in their own community because of a contracted transportation driver's actions.
This service in the area has the potential to be good, but they frequently and seemingly without reason cancel services. I’m frustrated after walking 15 minutes to the bus stop, only to have the service I saw on the app canceled just 5 minutes before it was due. They need to improve.
I would give no stars if possible. The service in this area is unbelievably poor. In all my years of using public transport, I have never encountered anything this disappointing. It's shocking, and I’m grateful I still have my car.
The service to Northowram is unacceptable. It’s rarely on time and often doesn’t show up at all. Cancellations happen without any warning or apology. Given all these reviews, I really don't understand how they continue to operate.
This company is extremely disappointing, particularly the service to Leeds. Buses are often canceled or full, and you can wait an hour for a bus that is supposed to arrive every 10 minutes. They are consistently late, and when complaints are made, there’s no response. They need to resolve these issues.
If I could give no stars, I wouldn’t even give them that much. The blame lies with the company rather than the transportation services that work with them. They are highly inefficient, with minimal resources or guidelines to assist users.
