If I could give a zero I would.
I have sent 2 emails to their customer service, one asking for help regarding some lost headphones and another to complain about my bus being consistently cancelled up to 2 minutes before it's scheduled arrival time. Neither email has been responded to leaving me feeling ignored. Customer service is appalling. General service is poor and bus times irregular and not on schedule.
I only wish I had another method of transport.
