I've had repeated disappointing experiences with the service. Packages have often not been collected on time, requiring me to follow up for three full business days. I was charged for an under-declared weight, which wasn't an issue, but I was never contacted directly; they sent it straight to a debt collector. If they had taken the time to reach out to me, I would have paid immediately. The communication is quite poor.
