Booked a ride a week in advance for an 8am pickup from our cruise ship. We were told by the cruise ship the night before that we would disembark at 3pm instead of 8am. Immediately contacted Transfeero to move the pickup time and were rejected since there were no pickup times available for that time. Since it was less than 24 hours until our booked pickup time they also would not refund any of the $162 USD paid. I will not book with Transfeero again because travel plans can change that are outside of our control. I am now out $162 USD, and I hope they use that money to pay for pizza for everyone in the office for a job well done.
