Booked a ride a week in advance for an 8am pickup from our cruise ship. We were told by the cruise ship the night before that we would disembark at 3pm instead of 8am. Immediately contacted Transfeero to move the pickup time and were rejected since there were no pickup times available for that time. Since it was less than 24 hours until our booked pickup time they also would not refund any of the $162 USD paid. I will not book with Transfeero again because travel plans can change that are outside of our control. I am now out $162 USD, and I hope they use that money to pay for pizza for everyone in the office for a job well done.

Do not use this company for airport pick up as if your flight is delayed they will not pick up. I came on January 27th to Vienna and booked his company for airport pick up. They had my flight details and I sent them a message to let them know my flight was delayed by 5 hours. It says on their website they even monitor the flights. The contact person even reached requesting my flight details. When I arrived at Vienna airport, no one was there to pick me up. I booked this service as I was coming in with 4 pieces of luggage and 2 carry so I knew I would need some help. I sent the company an email wondering where they were to which they replied that the driver could not make the new time but they still charged me. They told me to reach out to my airline to get reimbursed. Very disappointing that no one reached out to me to let me know the driver could not make it. I could have cancelled and tried to make new arrangements, considering I even wrote them to tell them I would be delayed. This is clearly not a reliable airport pick up. As services that pick up people from the airport are use to flight delays and understand the time may change. Had I know that if my flight would be delayed and they could not guarentee my pick I would not have used this service. I reached out to customer service for refund and they refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this service for airport pick up

Flight delay plus security incident at airport caused us to be late. I had messaged the driver 5 hours in advance to notify of flight delay. They didn’t update the reservation. When I had landed, there was a security incident where they evacuated the airport. Again I had told the driver and he said he would wait. When the issue was resolved, he claimed it as a no show and my family (3 young kids) had to last minute find another arrangement (+ 45 mins). Customer service said it was per policy they cannot offer a refund for no shows though everything was out of my control. Absolutely ridiculous.

Extremely disappointing experience. I won't be returning and can't recommend it to others. The driver failed to arrive, forcing us to order a rideshare at nearly double the cost. The company refused to cover the difference and has yet to refund the original fare. Complete scam.

Unpleasant experience with the driver

The driver was disrespectful and engaged in an argument instead of helping me reschedule after we miscommunicated about the pick-up time. He failed to verify my flight number. I felt unsafe getting into a vehicle with someone who repeatedly argued over messages and refused to accommodate a reschedule, insisting I would still be charged for the service, despite being over 24 hours from the correct pick-up time.

Last-Minute Booking Success!

I made a last-minute reservation because we were informed upon arrival that all taxis and rideshares were unavailable. Not only did the service arrive on time, but they also assisted us in finding new accommodations after our original booking was canceled. The representative was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to help. I previously used a different transfer service in another city, and they were not only late but also attempted to charge an additional €40 in cash due to our flight delay. I wholeheartedly recommend this service. They may be a bit pricier, but their level of service is exceptional!
