BEWARE! SCAM!
I would give this business zero stars if i could.
I gave all flight information when setting up the booking as per their policy. In order to avoid cancellation, they say if you give the flight information, they can track the flights. THIS IS INCORRECT! they do not track flights. They show up at your scheduled flight arrival, wait an hour and leave. No contacting you or anything. They 100 percent refuse to refund for their failure to track flights.
Also note, I did opt in for text updates for my ride and paid the extra for this service - it was never provided.
They REFUSE refund even when the fault is of their own and claim they just don't have vehicles available. Flights are always delayed now in days and you'd be doing yourself the best favour to avoid this "transportation service" (scam).
I called customer service and spoke to two different people - both of which were super unhelpful and spoke over me the whole time. On top of everything - their customer service is absolutely appalling.
