I've used the service multiple times and was always pleased. However, a recent transaction to a Kenyan bank account was not completed. For a refund, the company requested a bank statement. I provided a deposit statement, officially stamped by the bank, confirming that no funds were deposited, even beyond the initial timeframe requested. Now, the company is complicating matters by asking for the same bank statement and another update. This is unacceptable.
