If you fall behind on payments, they automatically deduct from your credit instead of the principal, which feels like a deceptive way to take your money. If you’re not familiar with the terms and conditions or the app, you might find yourself in a tough spot. I attempted to change my payment frequency from monthly to weekly, but couldn't revert it back. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I received no response until much later, and only through text, which feels very unprofessional. The responses are vague, and it seems their priority is just to take your money. I've paid off nearly $9,000, yet my loan balance remains at $7,500 out of the $10,000 I initially borrowed. This situation is simply unfair.
