I am very unsatisfied and the process isn't quick and easy like they advertise. I feel I have been scammed by these people. They are nice but they do not understand when you are at your lowest point. I am very unhappy with my experience.

I disliked being asked for a cosigner I'm 69 years old and I have no debt. If 5000 dollar pmt is 234 a month for 36 months I would pay that off faster. Imagine a 2000 loan in 24 months with in a year I would have you paid off. So I'm hoping that you reevaluate your disician to be positive take a chance on me.
I truly regret reaching out for a loan from this service. Their interest rates are excessively high, and they show no concern for their customers. Each month, the interest charges are outrageous. If you fall behind on payments, they automatically deduct from your credit instead of the principal, which feels like a deceptive way to take your money. If you’re not familiar with the terms and conditions or the app, you might find yourself in a tough spot. I attempted to change my payment frequency from monthly to weekly, but couldn't revert it back. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I received no response until much later, and only through text, which feels very unprofessional. The responses are vague, and it seems their priority is just to take your money. I've paid off nearly $9,000, yet my loan balance remains at $7,500 out of the $10,000 I initially borrowed. This situation is simply unfair.
Avoid at all costs. "Amount disbursed to your guarantor; 5,000.00. Loan amount credited to your account; 0.00... Amount financed 5,000." They request bank account details but still involve a third party. This is clearly a scam where the 'loan is only on paper,' and you never actually receive the funds.
There is a real need for quicker and simpler application processes. I'm currently working on improving my credit scores, sitting at a 725 FICO score. The platform is great, and I haven't even included my SSDI payments yet, especially coming from a 590. Once my account is switched, my score should improve further, helping me manage my finances better. I'm aiming for a $200 loan, but despite my efforts to enhance my scores, I'm finding it challenging to get opportunities, especially since I have no debt.
When others turned me away or made the process complicated, this service stepped in without unnecessary hurdles. They clearly outlined the payment schedule, and if any issues arise, they are ready to assist in finding a solution. I would certainly consider them again for future financing needs.
