This customer service is awful! I paid for an extended warranty with the Brick Collingwood, ON. They took my money and say they can't do anything.....what a waste of money. Trans global service is terrible. You can only speak with an answering service. There system is not current and gives conflict and inaccurate information on timeliness and updates. We have been without a washing machine since Nov. 29 and today is Jan. 7. Both the Brick Collingwood and Transglobal are an embarrassment and lack any customer service and are not willing to expedite any service calls in situations such as this.
