They booked my installation a week later than my requested day when the installer came, my water filter and dishwater’s water function was working fine. It was the power that was a problem when he left. My water filter was no longer working, and they refused to come back and fix the connection that he turned off fighting that one of my valves is damaged. Damaged or not all my water was functioning before he arrived and now it’s not working and they refused to come back and fix it. Nobody from Trans global will call me back or the third-party that sent the installer.

This customer service is awful! I paid for an extended warranty with the Brick Collingwood, ON. They took my money and say they can't do anything.....what a waste of money. Trans global service is terrible. You can only speak with an answering service. There system is not current and gives conflict and inaccurate information on timeliness and updates. We have been without a washing machine since Nov. 29 and today is Jan. 7. Both the Brick Collingwood and Transglobal are an embarrassment and lack any customer service and are not willing to expedite any service calls in situations such as this.
GE dishwasher. Been two months no call after tech came for diagnosis text for eta on parts no reply. Call in to see what’s going on parts here in a week. Show up to fix motor no/wrong o ring. Done with this company for ever such a scam. Take your money up front and treat you like a chump.
The worse customer service! Only good feedback would be about your technician who arrived on time, was polite and pretty fast. Otherwise we have nothing good to say about you ! You guys are a nightmare. One month without refrigerator, took them two weeks to submit a claim/paperwork
If I could give a zero star I would!! One star is being generous!!I would recommend never buying an LG appliance as a warranty repair by Transglobal is a complete joke!! After several call to them, no one can tell you the exact situation. It’s always “parts are on order and waiting for delivery”! For 2 weeks!!! Come on Transglobal !!!
I will give them zero stars if I had that option. They have something called "milestone reward program" to attract clients. But it is a complete scam, they use nasty techniques and confusing language from the certificate of insurance when you submit your claim. Poor customer service, dont recommend this insurance company at all.
