Frank came at time promised; very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly; not only replaced faulty part but checked other parts of our dryer to make sure they were still in good working order, cleaned two of the runners for the barrel to make them spin smoothly, even vacuumed out shavings left from grinding of broken part.
