I’m struggling to pay a fine received while renting a car in Italy. The registration process is lengthy and validation is slow. The app is also sluggish. My bank isn't listed for payment options, and I can’t find the credit card option anymore! I’ve tried reaching out for help via WhatsApp but got no response. With only three days left to pay before incurring additional fines, I suspect this might be part of their business model. Still awaiting support...
