Should receive no stars. Utterly ineffective service. They claim to facilitate payment of Italian fines through their app at a discounted rate if done within four days. However, both of my attempts were unsuccessful. The app is non-functional. The support team was unable to address their own issue. Consequently, I ended up paying twice as much by resorting to a bank transfer.
This service is deserving of a zero rating. The efficiency is scandalously poor. They promote a reduced fee for Italian fines if paid within 4 days, but both of my attempts to use the app failed. The app simply doesn’t function, and the support team was unable to resolve their own issues. Consequently, I had to pay double by resorting to a bank transfer.
Customer service was quick to respond, but it was a bit confusing after registration as I couldn't go back to simply pay. After downloading the app, I was finally able to pay without issues. The best approach is to download the app. Now I’m just waiting for clarification on why the charge was made. Awaiting a response, thanks 🙏.
This service feels fraudulent. I received an email indicating I entered a restricted zone but with no evidence such as photos of the signs or my vehicle. After spending nearly two hours registering, I encountered a payment error. If I don’t pay within 5 days, they threaten to increase the fines by €30. It’s just unacceptable. Attempts to reach out via WhatsApp and email have gone unanswered 😕. Truly terrible.
I have received a fine with reference number 17889. Despite initial communication, I've been unable to reach them again. The fine was not sent to me due to a system error and cannot be emailed for data protection reasons. Attempts to pay online have failed for two days due to error messages, while the fine continues to increase. There is no support available. Transparency regarding additional fees is lacking.

I’m struggling to pay a fine received while renting a car in Italy. The registration process is lengthy and validation is slow. The app is also sluggish. My bank isn't listed for payment options, and I can’t find the credit card option anymore! I’ve tried reaching out for help via WhatsApp but got no response.
