I tried reaching out via email and phone, but no one responded. After filling out an online form, they promised to get back to me the next day, but I received no reply at that time. The service was terrible. I would never pay upfront again, as they took my money, provided subpar work, and then vanished. I cannot recommend this translation service to anyone.
