The translation quality I received from this service was inadequate for official procedures in Croatia. Although they promised a one-day delivery, the deadline was extended three times, and even the final revised deadline was not honored. Initially, they sent me a translation in English instead of Croatian, later correcting it to the Croatian version. However, the translated document included significant factual errors, such as an incorrect place of birth and missing place and date of issue. Moreover, the service incorporated Serbian terminology instead of standard Croatian (for instance, using terms like "krivični" and "važi"), which is unsuitable for Croatian authorities. Key terms related to the criminal record were also mistranslated (for example, using a phrase equivalent to "immoral record" instead of "criminal record"), and the official position title was inaccurately rendered. The overall structure and layout of the original document were disregarded in the translation, which further undermines its reliability as an official document.

However, it was late, making it useless for my appointment. I also didn't receive any updates regarding the completion. There were also misspellings in the translation of my ID number, address, and my name. This is unacceptable for a legal document translation and has caused me financial loss and time delays. I will not recommend this service in the future.
STAY AWAY! This was a terrible experience. I sent them two simple documents for translation, and after two weeks, they asked for payment without providing any translation. When I pointed this out, they sent the translation of only one document, which had misspelled names. Despite specifying how names should be spelled, they sent me the same unchanged document for the second one. After I forwarded my original request, they finally started working on it, but another week passed, and the results still had errors. I was moving and couldn't spend more time on this, so I just asked for the final papers. Upon receiving them, all names were wrong! This took three months and wasted so much of my time. Avoid this service!
If you need a certified translation in a timely manner, look elsewhere. It took over a month to receive mine, which was far too late to be useful, and there was no acknowledgment of the delay. The only reason for my two-star rating is that I eventually received the document. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise against it.
