STAY AWAY! This was a terrible experience. I sent them two simple documents for translation, and after two weeks, they asked for payment without providing any translation. When I pointed this out, they sent the translation of only one document, which had misspelled names. Despite specifying how names should be spelled, they sent me the same unchanged document for the second one. After I forwarded my original request, they finally started working on it, but another week passed, and the results still had errors. I was moving and couldn't spend more time on this, so I just asked for the final papers. Upon receiving them, all names were wrong! This took three months and wasted so much of my time. Avoid this service!
