When booking the translation, I requested it by the night of June 5, 2025, and received an email confirming it would be delivered by that deadline. However, it was late, making it useless for my appointment. I also didn't receive any updates regarding the completion. There were also misspellings in the translation of my ID number, address, and my name. This is unacceptable for a legal document translation and has caused me financial loss and time delays. I will not recommend this service in the future.
